Empower Hour "Something of interest for everyone every Wednesday night"
Empower Hour is a great way to learn new things and experience meaningful life in Jesus Christ. There is something of interest for people of all ages including Bible studies and practical help through special interest classes. Kids enjoy fun, age-appropriate classes.

Course Descriptions Fall 2010
Prayer Meeting An opportunity to hear from God’s Word, be updated on exciting ministry developments at Briarlake, and lift up your prayer requests to the Lord.
Basic Computer: Learn basic computer technology and skills including Windows XP, emal and the internet.
Precept Bible Study HOW TO KNOW YOU HAVE ETERNAL LIFE is an 11-week study of 1 John.
Radical This study of the new book by David Platt, who grew up at Briarlake, challenges Christians to wake up and trade in false values rooted in the American Dream. He encourages readers to find a global purpose.
Christmas Drama Team A time of training and rehearsal for those who are a part of Briarlake’s Christmas program
