VBS // June 1st - 4th

VBS 2026 registration is open!

While many people claim to know about Jesus, many are in the dark about who He really is. During VBS kids will explore all the ways light brightens, illuminates, reflects, and reveals.

Children who have completed PreK - 5th Grade are invited to join us on
June 1st - 4th from 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM for a fun-filled week.

Childcare will be available for younger children of volunteers.

Our mission at Briarlake Kids is to provide a safe place where children are growing to know, love, and serve Jesus Christ and each other.

FUGE Camp // June 29th - July 4th

WHO: Briarlake Students (Completed 6th - Completed 12th Grade)

We are so excited to take our students to summer camp this year! From June 29–July 4 , students who have completed 6th–12th grade will head to FUGE Camp in Greenville, SC to spend a week with other students growing in their faith and building lasting memories.

This summer, we have a unique opportunity for students. Middle school students will be participating in Centrifuge. At Centrifuge, students are placed into groups for recreation and Bible study by grade level completed. Students will sign up for Track Times where they can participate in activities like basketball, creative, learning about spiritual gifts, sign language, and more!

High school students will be participating in MFUGE. During MFuge, students are placed into groups for Bible study and our local ministry sites. Students will have the choice to serve in areas from working with children to serving in food banks, to doing painting, construction, and yardwork.

Both camps take place at the same time and at the same location . While middle school and high school students will have some overlapping activities, each group will also have unique experiences designed specifically for their age group.

WHO: Prayer meetings are open to anyone who wishes to join.

Prayer meetings will begin again this September! We invite everyone to join us as we come together to pray. These gatherings are dedicated to collective and communal prayer, providing a space to share thoughts, concerns, gratitude, and make our requests known to God (Phil. 4:6-7). Let's unite in faith and support each other by asking God to move in us, our community, and the world!

Briarlake Baseball 2026

WHERE: Briarlake Church Baseball Field
WHO: Kids, K - 6th Grade

Briarlake Baseball begins each March and runs through the middle of May. Registration for Baseball begins a couple of months before the season starts. The cost to play is $125 per player and a $25 fee per family. Uniforms and medals are included, and each season ends with a banquet to celebrate the season.

The first week of practice will be March 16th and games will begin on Saturday, March 21st. Each team practices one day per week for an hour. K-1 and 2-3 play on Saturdays and 4-6 play on Thursday evenings.

Briarlake Pickleball

Pickleball is a fun and engaging paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, using a paddle and a plastic ball with holes. It’s easy to learn, making it a great sport for beginners, but can also be fast-paced and competitive for more experienced players. Suitable for all ages and skill levels, pickleball is a fantastic way to stay active and have fun!

Join us at the Briarlake Gym for pickleball at the following times:

General Play: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Cost: $20 per punch card (10 hours of play - cash or check at the door)

Come out and enjoy the game—whether you're new to pickleball or a seasoned player, there’s a place for you on the court!

English as a Second Language (ESL), is an English language study program for nonnative speakers. The goal of ESL is to improve the students' level of English. ESL classes teach different language skills, depending on students' English abilities, interests, and needs. All programs teach the following: conversational English, grammar, reading, listening comprehension, writing, and vocabulary.

This semester, the classes being offered are :

Flourish Women is a weekly gathering and Bible study for women of all ages and in different stages of life that come together to fellowship, be encouraged, feed our spirits with more of God's Word, and be rooted in Christ! Flourish women meet Friday mornings from 9:45 AM - 11:00 AM during the school year for a time of fellowship and to grow in our relationship with Christ. We are sisters, we are mothers, we are daughters in Christ. Our goal is to have fellowship that is rooted in Christ! Join us for accountability, encouragement and discussion with other believers.
